Study On Ideological And Political Education Effectiveness Of Contemporary Rural Youth

The construction of new socialist countryside in our country, on the whole, is a new topic facing chinagovernment as it develops into the stage of promoting agriculture through industry and leading countrysideto city. It is not only the inevitable requirement of building a harmonious society and the time developmentbut also a strategic measure that helps to realize the grand goal to build a well-off society in an all-roundway. The central committee’s policy measures and development strategies create a good time occasion tobuild the new socialist countryside, since the21st century. Nowadays, China’s entry into the intermediatestage of industrialization means it have the ability of industry nurturing agriculture and cities supportingrural areas. Therefore, it is a better time to build a new socialist countryside.When it comes to the construction of a new socialist countryside, we should keep in mind that themain battlefield is in the countryside, and farmers are subjects. Currently, we are building a moderatelyprosperous society, a high-level one that benefits over one billion people with its emphasis on rural areas.However, the difficulties are also in rural areas. Agricultural abundance is the strong base of a country,farmers’ richness strengthens a country, and rural stability ensures social security. Without moderateprosperity in the countryside, there is no well-off society as a whole. Without the modernization ofagriculture, there is no modernization of the country. Only by promoting the new rural construction, can werealize the sustainable development of agriculture and rural economy, and achieve national economic andsocial development in a comprehensive, balanced and sustainable way. When we achieve the grand goal ofbuilding a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way, we then can ensure that our country’smodernization construction goes smoothly.This research takes Luanchuan county in Henan province as an example, through questionnaire survey,field investigation and individual interview to observe the present situation of the county youth farmers’ideological and political work and the reasons were analyzed, and put forward a solution to improve the rural youth ideological and political education effectiveness of countermeasures under the background ofbuilding a well-off society in an all-round way, aiming at giving full play to the ideological and politicalwork. The research also intends to fully tap the youth’s strength of economic construction and socialdevelopment, as well as building a new socialist countryside. The full text mainly consists of three parts.The first part is an overview of contemporary rural youth ideological and political education. This partincludes the socialism new rural reconstruction background, the meaning of rural youth and the importanceof ideological and political education of rural youth. It mainly starts from the background of new socialistcountryside and explores the connotation and characteristics of rural youth ideological and politicaleducation work, emphatically discusses the importance of the new rural construction in the process of ruralyouth ideological and political education.It provides theoretical premise for the study of contemporaryrural youth ideological and political educationThe second part is the study of contemporary rural youth ideological and political education. This partincludes the analysis of achievement, the problems arising in the process and the reasons for poor effectwhen performing the rural youth ideological and political education in Luanchuan county, Luoyang, Henanprovince in recent years. Combined with the new rural construction process, it makes an objective analysis.Through dissection of "a sparrow", it studies new characteristics of the ideological change that rural youthare facing and provides a rich theoretical basis, objective and true for the study of contemporary rural youthideological and political educationThe third part is the study of contemporary rural youth education effectiveness.By analyzing thecauses of the problem, it puts forward we must do it from four aspects at the same time to improve ruralyouth ideological and political education effectiveness, which are the team power, education system,education content, education method.
