The Development And Application Research On U.s Network Intelligence Power System

Nowadays,with the rapid development and innovative application of information network technology,the release,diffusion and storage of a huge amount of information based on Internet are becoming faster and faster.There are so much information of all kinds of fields such as government,military,economy,social management and public life.Internet has many characters such as open,heterogeneous,dynamic and safety;on the one hand,it has already become an important way for intelligent agencies of many countries to search and analysis intelligence through Internet,on the other hand,it is making higher demands for intelligent agencies to search and analysis intelligence through Internet because of the huge scale and uncertainty of network data information.Therefore,how to search high-value intelligence is becoming an important question for intelligent agencies of many countries.As the worldwide highest-level intelligence power,America owns 17 intelligence agencies which are paying more attention on network intelligence than signal and human intelligence.America network intelligence search is leading the world.This paper is to offer some suggestions for the development of our own network intelligence work through analyzing the development and application of American network intelligence agencies and system.The article means to analyze American network intelligence power in the whole American intelligence power system.Firstly,it introduces the cognition and research development about network intelligence system construction in domestic and abroad academic circles,the related concepts of network intelligence including definition,category,character and influence,as well as its emergence and development are elaborated.Posteriorly,through systematically analyzing the development and application of American network intelligence power especially researching the main organization related with network intelligence in America,it tries to anticipate the future trend of network intelligence system construction.Finally,suggestions about accelerating our national network intelligence work are proposed through researching and analyzing the development and application of American network intelligence power.
