Since the reform and opening up,China's economic has developed rapidly,the national living standard is higher and higher,and the public demand for public services is also increasing.Although the government has made various attempts in the supply side of reform in public service,such as the market-oriented reform of public service,the optimization of public service allocation,and the optimization of public service supply system,etc.,there are still many problems in the supply of public service,such as unclear responsibility of the main subject of the public service supply,imbalance between supply and demand of the public service,etc.With the advent of the technology revolution,the era of big data has brought advanced technologies such as big data,cloud computing,and IOT,etc.In the era of big data,business is also developing in the direction of digitalization,which also forces the government to change.Government digitalization has become an important strategy for national development.The emergence of digital government has effectively made up for the plight of traditional government in the supply of public services,and has become an important tool to promote the reform of the public service supply system and mechanism.Based on this,this paper analyzes the driving factors of digital government and the practice process of digital government in Guangdong,studies the technical connection between digital government and public service reform,and analyzes the driving effect of digital government on public service reform.From the perspective of digital government,this paper studies the transformation of public service.From the perspective of research background,by analyzing and sorting out the domestic and foreign literature of digital government and public service,it makes clear the topic selection and significance.Then this paper defines the concept of digital government and public service reform,sorts out the relevant theoretical foundations,analyzes the internal problems,strategies,concepts,technologies and precedents of digital government,and explores the origin of digital government.Next,this paper analyzes the process of digital government construction through the practice of Guangdong Digital Government——the case of Canton Convenient.Combined with this,it analyzes the internal logic and optimization path of digital government leading the transformation of public service supply mechanism from five aspects: the main subject of public service supply,the motivation of public service supply,the content of public service supply,the pattern of public service and the performance of public service.Combined with case analysis and summed up the specific results of the implementation of digital government,at the end of this paper,the full text is summarized,and the future research is prospected.According to the research of this paper,the reform of digital government has driven the change of internal factors of public service supply.From the specific level,the reform of digital government has transformed the main subject of public service supply into diversification,providing a new approach for the cooperation of multiple subjects;the supply motivation has changed into the value orientation of focusing on the realization of public interests and satisfying the public demands through the reform of the whole digital government,the supply content is transformed into the refined and personalized content supply based on the public demand,the supply mode is transformed into the integrated,coordinated and convenient public service supply mechanism,and the supply performance is transformed into the performance evaluation standard based on the public satisfaction,which improves and expanded the public participation and supervision channels.The reform of digital government has injected vitality into the supply of public services,improved the capacity and efficiency of public services,improved the quality of public services,and greatly improved public satisfaction with public services.
