Research On The Government Supervision Of The Housing Fund In Guangdong Province

China's urban housing system has become increasingly perfect,after more than 20 years of housing reform.The completion of the market-oriented housing supply system,which existed as high-end market,low-end security situation,was basic structured.The housing fund system has played an important role in it.On one hand,the workers who has the ability to paid commercial housing in the market,has been supported;on the other hand,the fund which provided for the construction of affordable housing by government,for low-income workers,has been supported.It can be said that,the housing fund has played an important role in helping urban residents to solve the housing problem.Problems in the operation of housing provident fund management has gradually exposed,with the development of housing fund system,and the expansion of the capital.It even becomes a stumbling block in development of housing fund industry,the lack of government supervision and the boundary between supervision and market,and cause social and employee dissatisfaction.Base in the current housing provident fund supervision reality,especially in Guangdong Province housing provident fund management,this paper has done a in-depth studied and objective analyzed,on the organization,personnel,tools and effects of government supervision.Adopting government supervision theory to research core competence,drawing on the experience of other industry and departmental government supervision,combing with the current requirements of the transformation of government functions,the recommendations has been suggested to improve the housing fund policy and the government supervision.The core aim is to reconstruct the housing fund "supervision-management" function,to enhance the level of government supervision,and establish the core role of market resource allocation.
