Research On The Re-socialization Management Mechanism Of Female Drug Abusers In Guangzhou

The drug problem is one of the most complex issues we are facing,with a wide-ranging impact on health and well-being,families and communities,security and sustainable development.The World Drug Report 2018 pointed out that from 2000 to 2015,the global direct deaths caused by drug use increased by 60%.The report also found that most drug users are men,but women have specific drug use methods,although women are usually started later than men,but once they started,women tended to use alcohol,marijuana,cocaine,and opioids more quickly than men and progressed to drug abuse more quickly.For female drug addicts who have already detoxified,and have better drug pharmacological sensations than men,they have the characteristics of fast addiction and strong dependence,and female detoxifiers are more likely to relapse than men.According to relevant data,The relapse rate is generally above 90%,while the relapse rate of female drug addicts is as high as over 99%,making it difficult to achieve re-socialization.The detoxification center,which specially accommodates female drug addicts in Guangzhou,has also been actively exploring a management model for better re-socialization of female drug addicts,and has achieved its own rewards,but also encountered some difficulties and unresolved conflicts.This article adopts research methods such as literature research method,case analysis method,questionnaire survey,data analysis method and sampling interview method,and analyzes and researches the resocialization of female drug addicts from the perspective of public management.Cut through,analyze the drug addiction reasons of female drug addicts from the physical,formation,driving and inducement factors,and use questionnaires and interviews to analyze the current situation from various perspectives of female drug addicts,drug treatment centers,family members of drug addicts,and society.Several conflicts and dilemmas in the re-socialization of female drug addicts in Guangzhou.Based on the reasons for female drug addicts’ drug abuse and the conflict dilemmas analyzed above,an optimization path to further improve the management model of re-socialization of female drug addicts: including strengthening for practical purposes The role of education guidance during the return instruction period;use "Internet +" as a lever to promote the return of drug lovers’ affection;use talents as the guidance to improve the place’s high-quality education guarantee system;use education as a carrier to broaden the treatment management method;use technology to support mitigation Grass-roots police pressure;To enhance the effectiveness of re-socialization based on "please come in" and "go out",re-socialization of women hope to achieve from a maximum level of drug addicts and reduce the relapse rate,the drug work better keep up with the times.
