In the new era of historical development in the 21 st century,times,technology,industry,cities,etc.are constantly improving and optimizing,but they are also accompanied by the breeding of various problems,among which children 's problems are very worthy of attention.Their People's living conditions,health conditions,and social assistance to some special children are gradually being paid attention to,especially the complex and special situations they present in life,which urgently need intervention and treatment.Some of this special group of children are called "dilemma children".They are in trouble due to family,personal,social and other reasons,leading to threats to the right to survival and health,and the social support system is on the verge of breaking,so that their own development,Personality formation and social integration have a great impact,making them unable to rely on the power of themselves and their families.They need the help of outside forces,especially the high level of care from the government and social organizations.At present,the domestic assistance for children in distress is mainly led by the government.For this purpose,some institutional measures have been formulated to strengthen the sense of responsibility of the rescue agencies,and they have purchased social work service projects for them.The meticulous and careful service allows these children to get both material protection and spiritual comfort,and gradually help them ease and get rid of their difficulties.However,from the past three methods of group,case,and community,the intervention of children in distress can only unilaterally provide intervention services for the plight of a certain aspect of the client.It cannot comprehensively help children in distress to repair social functions and obtain social support.However,the case management method that is neglected by many front-line workers happens to be able to deal with such problems.It mainly emphasizes the coordinated use of resources.The social worker's ability is not enough.Then change his role and become a service linker and supervisor.Strive for external forces to help clients get rid of difficulties better.In view of the current development of social work in the relief of children in distress,based on relevant research at home and abroad,combined with actual cases,I want to explore the service application of case management in social work for children in distress.Problems and optimization in practice,in order to promote the solution of the dilemma of children in dilemma.Zi Zi(pseudonym),the child in distress is one of the service targets of the social work service project undertaken by the S community.After a survey by social workers,it is learned that the level of social support of the service target is low,the inferiority complex is strong,and there is no parental accompany.After consultation with social workers and supervisors,a variety of methods are used to collect data and assess the multiple difficulties faced by clients from personal,family and living environment.According to the ecosystem theory and social support network,the service design is combined with case work and case management methods to meet the diversified needs of case owners.Since the implementation of the service,in the integration of resources of social workers,the client has gradually established his peer support network,and the scope of interpersonal communication has been expanded;with the help of college student volunteers,learning habits have been cultivated;relationships with family members It has also been eased and communication has been improved;helping the client change his attitude towards his biological parents and building confidence.At the end of the study,the social worker summarized and reflected on the service,pondered the integration of case management into social work practices,and also assessed his role and role in it.Finally,it is concluded that case management has a certain role in the service intervention of children in distress,which can be extended to the practical process of other service areas.This will be a magic weapon to help social workers provide optimized services for service targets.In short,it is a new attempt for the author to apply case management to the services of children in distress.Although it is very helpful to meet the complex needs of the clients,it is due to the development of the current case management model in the domestic social work industry.It is not yet a system,and colleges do not have specialized courses,and most of the practical workers have not received professional education in this area.It will take some time to digest the relevant knowledge of case management before they can be put into the services of the client.
