Research On The Construction Of Rural Civilization In Zhejiang Province

The issue of agriculture,rural areas and farmers has always been a social development issue that our country attaches great importance to.Since the reform and opening up for more than 40 years,the material living standards of farmers have been greatly improved.However,the construction of socialist spiritual civilization at this stage has not yet fully satisfied farmers' needs of life.From the Fifth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the Party to the construction of a new socialist countryside to the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the rural revitalization strategy has been promoted.The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy puts forward higher requirements for the construction and development of rural areas,and also pushes the construction of rural civilization to a more important position.Zhejiang Province,as the birthplace of the “Two Mountains Theory” and the important germination place of Xi Jinping's socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era,is a fertile ground for new methods,new models,and new theories of rural revitalization strategies.Starting from the practice of pioneering the construction of Zhejiang's rural civilization,based on the theoretical basis of Marxist writers and leaders of the Communist Party of China on the construction of cultural and spiritual civilization,the realistic foundation of Zhejiang is analyzed from the aspects of material basis,political security,and cultural resources.On this basis,Zhejiang has promoted a series of measures that are conducive to the construction of rural civilization,improving the quality of farmers and cultivating new forces in rural industries,building rural cultural halls to achieve cultural benefit,and implementing the innovative concept of “integration of three governances” by the rule of law and the rule of virtue,Great attention has been paid to the establishment of an urban-rural integration civilization mechanism and other aspects have achieved remarkable results and accumulated some experience.However,with the deepening of reforms and the rapid development of the new era,the construction of Zhejiang's rural civilization cannot avoid the bottleneck of development in the process of practice.Regional economic development and unbalanced investment in resources have led to a large gap in regional development levels.Some folk customs still exist.The slow cultural inheritance and the lack of management of rural civilization construction hindered the further development of rural civilization construction.We need to find corresponding promotion strategiessuitable for the development of Zhejiang's rural civilization from the aspects of developing characteristic industries,promoting in-depth integration of industries,improving farmers' comprehensive literacy,improving rural public cultural services and improving grass-roots management levels,so as to promote the benign construction of rural civilization in Zhejiang continue to develop.
