| In this study,border area is an important strategic area in China.The professional satisfaction of civil servants in this area directly affects the government’s governance level.In the present century background of talent competition,how to improve the professional satisfaction of civil servants is the primary consideration for national revitalization and international competition initiative.This study uses the quantitative method of questionnaire survey,combs through the literature,and finally selects two variables of career goal and career commitment to discuss the job satisfaction situation of civil servants in border areas of Guangxi.In the empirical analysis of career satisfaction of civil servants in the border areas,professional satisfaction was significantly related to professional satisfaction.Career goals are significantly related to professional commitments.The research shows that in order to improve the professional satisfaction of civil servants in border areas of Guangxi,we must first pay more attention to the professional goals and commitments of civil servants in border areas.Secondly,by improving the organization system and improving the promotion mechanism of talents,the civil servants in the border areas can establish reasonable and effective professional goals and professional commitments,improve their professional satisfaction,and eventually improve the government’s governance ability. |
