Study On The Regional Differences And Equilibrium Pattern Of Residents' Well—being Supply Capacity In Poyang Lake Area

The imbalance of regional economic development has brought about the spatial imbalance of the well-being supply capacity.How to balance and control the supply of well-being with demand is the proper meaning to realize the coordinated development of the region in the new era.This paper focuses on the measurement of residents' well-being supply capacity in Poyang Lake area,the analysis of regional differences and the regulation of spatial equilibrium,and comprehensively uses Gini coefficient,Theil coefficient and other research methods to quantitatively analyze the dynamic evolution characteristics of spatial differences of residents' well-being supply capacity in Poyang Lake area from 2007 to 2017,as well as the spatial differences of well-being providers' supply capacity,and based on the needs of residents' well-being,this paper studies the spatial equilibrium regulation model of the well-being supply capacity of all counties in Poyang Lake area.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)From 2007 to 2017,the residents' well-being supply capacity increased rapidly,and the level of residents' well-being has been significantly improved in Poyang Lake area.The structure of well-being supply in Poyang Lake area is further optimized,but the supply capacity of the whole Poyang Lake area in terms of culture,infrastructure and ecological environment protection is relatively low.The supply capacity of financial,medical and health services,basic education,cultural services,and social security services in Binhu area has been improved relatively quickly,and the supply capacity is higher than that in the Around the Lake area.The supply capacity of infrastructure services and eco-environmental protection services in the Around the Lake area is higher than that in Binhu area.(2)From 2007 to 2017,the government is the most important part of the total supply of residents' well-being in Poyang Lake area among the three main providers of government,enterprise and family.The continuous improvement of government's well-being supply capacity is the main source of the continuous improvement of the total supply of residents' well-being in Poyang Lake area.As a whole,the differences of enterprises and families' well-being supply capacity are narrowing,while the differences between governments' well-being supply capacity are expanding rapidly in Poyang Lake area.The spatial imbalance of government supply capacity is the main reason for the difference of the overall well-being supply capacity in Poyang Lake area.There is a spatial imbalance of residents' well-being supply capacity in Binhu area and the Around the Lake area.The residents' well-being supply capacity in Binhu area is significantly faster than that in the Around the Lake area,and the supply structure of well-being is more optimized.(3)From 2007 to 2017,the Theil coefficient and Gini coefficient of well-being supply capacity index showed an overall growth trend,indicating the differences of well-being supply capacity between districts and counties in the Poyang Lake area gradually widened.The spatial differences of residents' well-being supply capacity in Poyang Lake area mainly lie in the Binhu area and the Around the Lake area.Among them,the difference in Binhu area is relatively large,while the difference in the Around the Lake area is relatively small.The well-being supply capacity differences in the Around the Lake area lies in between basins,among which,the differences of well-being supply capacity in Xiuhe River Basin and the Yangtze River Basin are relatively small,while the differences of well-being supply capacity in other basins is relatively large.(4)According to the comprehensive calculation of the subjective demand index and the objective demand index,the residents' well-being demand index of districts and counties in Poyang Lake area is quite different,the well-being demand of Duchang County,Poyang County and Yugan county is relatively high,and there is a large well-being supply difference,while the well-being demand of Dean County,Yongxiu county and Dongxiang district is relatively low.There are obvious regional differences in the "supply-demand" relationship of residents' well-being in Poyang Lake area,which shows that there are unbalanced and inadequate development characteristics in this area.The difference of "supply-demand" for the well-being in Binhu area is larger than that of the Around the Lake area.The districts and counties with larger surplus and differences of well-being supply are mainly distributed in Binhu area.There is an obvious spatial mismatch between the supply and demand of well-being in Poyang Lake area.A spatial balance regulation scheme of resident's well-being supply capacity in Poyang Lake area is proposed by using the proportional sharing method based on the demand side.By reducing the well-being supply of surplus counties and improving the well-being supply of counties with well-being demand differences,the imbalance between the supply and demand of resident's well-being in Poyang Lake area is alleviated to some extent,and the supply and demand matching is realized as a whole.
