In recent years,the level of economic development in the Poyang Lake Area has rapidly increased,and people's lives have been significantly improved.In the new era,with the increasing demand of Poyang Lake residents for a better life,how to effectively improve the well—being output efficiency of the residents in Poyang Lake Area is of great academic value for the well—being of residents in Poyang Lake Area to advance from a survival society to a development society and promote high—quality development.This paper believes that the improvement process of residents'well—being is a multi—input,multi—output multi—stage input—output process.Based on this,a three—stage DEA model method is used to comprehensively evaluate the efficiency of the well—being of residents in Poyang Lake Area from 2007 to 2017;on this basis,the Gini coefficient,Theil index,average logarithmic dispersion,spatial autocorrelation,cluster analysis and other methods are comprehensively used to analyze the spatial and temporal distribution and differences of the well—being output efficiency of Poyang Lake residents;classify the well—being output efficiency of residents in each county of Poyang Lake Area and put forward suggestions for optimization and control.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)This paper builds a multi—input,multi—output,multi—stage Poyang Lake residents' well—being output efficiency measurement model,and calculates the well—being output efficiency of Poyang Lake residents:From 2007 to 2017,the overall efficiency of OWB of residents in Poyang Lake Area showed an upward trend,but the overall efficiency of OWB was still low.The average SWB output efficiency of residents in Poyang Lake Area in 2017 was 0.637,and the average SWB output efficiency of residents was much lower than the OWB output efficiency.(2)From 2007 to 2017,the pure technical efficiency of the OWB output of residents in Poyang Lake Area has been at a relatively high level,while the scale efficiency of the OWB output of residents is less optimistic,but on the whole it shows a positive upward trend.The comprehensive efficiency of the OWB output of the residents in Poyang Lake Area is dominated by the scale efficiency of the OWB output of the residents.In 2017,the SWB output efficiency of residents in Poyang Lake Area reached the DEA effective state only in Pengze County.The purely technical efficiency of the SWB output of the residents in each county was generally lower than the scale efficiency of the SWB output of its residents.The main influencing factors in the process of residents' SWB output change to well—being input structure.(3)From 2007 to 2017,the gap in output efficiency of OWB among residents of Poyang Lake Area narrowed,the inter—county difference in the OWB output efficiency of residents in the lakeside and surrounding areas is always greater than the difference between the lakeside and surrounding areas,the difference in the OWB output efficiency of residents among the counties is the main driving force for the evolution of the overall spatial difference in the OWB output efficiency of Poyang Lake residents.From 2007 to 2017,the LL agglomeration area of the OWB output efficiency of residents in Poyang Lake Area was mostly located in the lakeside,and the HH agglomeration area was mainly distributed in the surrounding areas.The spatial heterogeneity of the OWB output efficiency of residents in Poyang Lake area is relatively stable,showing strong transition inertia and spatial locking characteristics.(4)Based on the results of the clustering of well—being output efficiency and the clustering of well—being output of residents in the counties of Poyang Lake Area,the counties of Poyang Lake Area were divided into high efficiency high well-being,high efficiency low well—being;low efficiency high well—being;and low efficiency low well—being;According to the difference of the types of counties to provide the improvement direction of residents' well—being output efficiency.In the analysis of residents' well—being input—output redundancy and deficiencies,improving the efficiency of residents' well—being output needs to improve the three relevant indicators of per capita medical and health fiscal expenditure,per capita GDP,and residents' life satisfaction.At the same time,according to regression analysis,it can be seen that the population density and the proportion of agricultural output value have a negative impact on the OWB output efficiency of Poyang residents,while the urbanization rate,disposable income of urban and rural residents and financial self—sufficiency have an OWB output efficiency on Poyang Lake is a positive impact,and it is necessary to strengthen the regulation of the above influencing factors.
