Civil servants bear the important functions of managing state affairs and social public affairs.The quality of civil servants directly affects the party’ s ruling level and the level of government administration.In addition to political quality,professional knowledge,work ability and physical quality,civil servants also need to have good psychological qualities.However,with the continuous development of China’ s political and economic system reforms and the continuous advancement of government functions,civil servants are under increasing pressure and responsibility.Mental health problems are constantly exposed and highlighted,affecting not only civil servants,but also The image of the cadre team and the government’ s effectiveness have a negative impression,and this issue has received increasing attention.Psychological adjustment ability,as one of the necessary skills of civil servants,was first clearly stated in the“National Civil Service General Competency Standards Framework”formulated by the Ministry of Personnel in 2003.This norm defines the civil servant’ s own quality and ability,especially the psychological quality.Higher requirements were put forward,which fully reflected the state’ s emphasis on the mental health of civil servants.The long-term survival and fermentation of mental health problems in China’ s civil servants is not an individual phenomenon that occurs in a short period of time,but a common and urgent problem that needs to be solved as China’ s economic and social transformation continues.Therefore,it is very urgent to study the current situation of civil servants’ mental health in China,analyze the causes of civil servants’mental health problems,and propose solutions.Changchun City is the capital city of Jilin Province.The speed of urbanization is accelerating year by year.In today’ s rapid economic development,Changchun City faces new opportunities and challenges for development.The anxiety and irritability caused by pressure growth are becoming more and more serious.China’ s concern about the mental health of civil servants is more late than that of the West.As a second-tier city for national development,Changchun City is not yet complete and perfect.It is the epitome of the mental health problems of civil servants in most second-tier cities in China.The research of the problem has certain reference and reference significance.This study takes the civil servants of Changchun as the research object,and finds mental health problems such as anxiety,inferiority,violentness,hostility,burnout,work delay,etc.,and causes problems in the mental health of civil servants from the perspectives of society,family,work and individuals.The reasons for the analysis were made and related solutions were proposed. |
