Social Work Practice Research On The Construction Of Community Resident Mutual Aid Model System

In the past ten years,under the strong support of the country and the strong demand for social development,social work education has continued to develop rapidly.As an important governance tool to solve the cumulative social problems of China's social development,social work has become an important reform force for the current Chinese social management system innovation.In today's rural areas and cities,distant neighbors are not as close to neighbors as they are.However,with the development of society and the advancement of urbanization,strangers' communities and hollowed-out villages have become the challenges of urban and rural community construction,which is also the cause of the author's research.From the perspective of social work,the author conducts questionnaire surveys and interviews on the mutual assistance of M community residents in C city,analyzes the current situation and problems of community mutual assistance in M community,finds the problems of mutual help among urban community residents and analyzes the causes,and hopes to pass the community.The action research of the work constructs the community mutual aid system model,better promotes the healthy development of the community,enhances the community self-governing ability,understands the specific needs of the community residents and integrates the internal resources and links of the community to mobilize external resources;eliminates the alienation of interpersonal relationships in the community.To build a harmonious community interpersonal relationship network,create a community mutual help culture atmosphere and innovative community mutual assistance forms and activities;build an online and offline linkage of the mutual help platform for residents,create a community volunteer volunteer team and establish a "five major database".By applying the professional methods of social work,focusing on community work and group work,a community self-help model system is built in the community to break the barriers of the stranger community,enhance the mutual assistance awareness of residents,and create a temperature community.
