The Problem Of Mutual Community Elderly Support Research

China's social population is becoming more and more aging,and the heavy burden of old-age care has a serious impact on China's economic development and social progress.In our country,the composition of the old-age service system mainly includes institutional pension,family pension and community pension.aspect.However,with the changes in family structure,the younger generation is unable to bear the burden of old-age care,and the family pension is becoming more and more difficult,which makes the family's old-age function decline.The institutional pension is in the germination stage in China,and it needs to be developed.Under such conditions Underneath,the burden of old-age care falls on the community.In many economically developed urban communities,attempts to support the elderly in the community have also provided a new path for the development of China's old-age care.However,the reality is that most communities,especially those in economically underdeveloped towns,have limited economic conditions and management capabilities,and it is difficult to provide suitable and satisfactory services to the elderly in the community.Many issues remain to be resolved.In this paper,the author conducts research through a combination of questionnaires and interviews to understand the current situation of the elderly living in the community.On this basis,it explores the feasibility and existing problems and causes of community mutual aid and old-age care development,and further provides concrete and feasible suggestions for the development of mutual support for the elderly from the perspective of social work.The study found that urban communities have the soil to implement mutual support for the elderly,but how to build a community mutual support system between the elderly in the community is the focus of implementation.The community mutual aid pension system should pay attention to the construction of the life care and spiritual and emotional communication system between the elderly.In the community mutual support for the aged,the most important and most difficult is how to establish the trust relationship between the elderly and the government and the elderly.Therefore,the author starts from the characteristics and needs of the elderly,and designs a system that can provide scientific and effective services for the elderly,helping to build trust.I hope to provide reference for the theoretical improvement and practice improvement of the elderly group,help optimize the community pension practice model,improve the quality of theaged care service,provide a reference method for the old-age care field,ease the pressure on the old-age pension,and enable the elderly to enjoy Living in old age,improving happiness.
