Dilemma And Solutions Of The Multi-sectoral Linkage Of City Management In The Process Of Comprehensive Law Enforcement Based On "Smart City"

In recent years,with the rapid development of informationization and Urbanization the new information technology including the Internet of Things,the Cloud Computing and the Big Data has a depth effect on our city management.The methods of city management are moved from the experience-style,the extensive style and the inefficient style to scientific,meticulous and long effective modern urban governance.This paper selects cross-agency collaboration in city management of Hangzhou City Xiacheng district as the research object,using holistic governance information sharing and cooperative governance to elaborate on cases dilemma analysis and route optimization.Meanwhile,it generalizes the problems that different affiliations,asymmetric information,frequency offset,low public participation and so on which combined with the methods of literature research comparative analysis and case study.Based on advanced experiences on Shanghai,Beijing,Korean and Singapore,this paper which is from the point of "smart city",points out the dilemma and solutions of the multi-sectoral linkage of city management in the process of comprehensive law enforcement.The suggestion including integration of resources,sharing information,structuring the unified data platform and establishment of perfect system and mechanism,which can prevent and treat urban disease accurately?Meanwhile,it also serves the people,and meets the structural reform of enforce the law.
