Research On The Management Of Taizhou Smart City Platform

Based on the call of the national smart city,Taizhou started the development of smart city.Under the continuous development and development of smart city,Taizhou city management promoted from multi-head management to comprehensive management.However,in the context of the deepening urbanization trend,urban and rural areas have not been fully covered.The traditional management system has not broken through the lack of linkage between management and law enforcement,the data transfer between the relevant departments of urban management has not been fully realized,the grid management of the management law enforcement has not been realized,and the implementation of smart city management is still weak.Therefore,how to innovate and promote the development of smart city management in Taizhou based on the "grid" management and "big linkage" model is worth exploring and practicing.This study focuses on the current situation,existing problems and causes of intelligent urban management in Taizhou City,and management countermeasures.This paper summarizes and summarizes the operation mode of Taizhou Smart City Management and the working pattern of Taizhou Smart City Management,and investigates the construction of Taizhou Smart City Management Platform,the function construction of the Platform,the data flow between different departments,information collection and implementation,the role played and supervision through questionnaires.This paper combs the problems existing in smart city management,such as the lack of township coverage in smart city management,the lack of linkage between smart city management platform management and law enforcement,the data flow between relevant departments of urban management and the unrealized grid of management and law enforcement,the lack of authority and weak supervision of smart city management,etc.The reasons are analyzed,mainly in the construction of hardware and software of smart city management platform in Taizhou City.Insufficiency,lack of professional training and management mechanism of smart city management team,imperfect construction of supporting system and mechanism of smart city management,etc.Based on the mature experience of "grid" and "big linkage",we have learned the essence and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.First,it is imperative to explore the full coverage of urban and rural management in smart city management,and explore the urban management pattern of Taizhou's urban and rural full coverage.Therefore,starting from the construction of the three level management platform of city and county towns,the comprehensive management pattern of urban management is constructed.Secondly,to solve the problem of insufficient linkage between management and law enforcement of smart city management platform,we should build an integrated platform of "management,service and law enforcement" such as Wechat,UAV live broadcasting,create a "block combination,block-based" linkage model,promote the localization of smart city management,thereby expanding the antenna of smart city management in Taizhou.Thirdly,for the problems of data transfer between the relevant departments of smart city management and the grid of management and law enforcement among the relevant departments of smart city management,we should build the general information platform of urban integrated management,build the call center of urban integrated management,and strengthen the linkage development of smart city management in Taizhou.Fourthly,we should clarify the boundaries of responsibility of wisdom city management in Taizhou,establish and improve the three-level assessment mechanism of rose,establish the municipal leadership review system,and establish and improve the management mechanism of wisdom city in Taizhou.
