olice information,take the initiative to implement the strategy of science and technology to strengthen the police,adhere to the information,science and technology to efficiency,so that the police information to continue to promote the cause of public security a strong push.How to achieve this goal has become the focus of most police work,but most of the research theory focuses on the technical level,this article from the grass-roots Public Security Bureau point of view to analyze and consider this issue.This paper expounds the theory of police information,analyzes in detail the importance of strengthening the construction of grass-roots police information under the current situation,and then takes the construction process of police information of a county in Shandong Province as a case to analyze,to find out the problems existing in the process of information construction of police affairs at the grass-roots level in county a,then it analyzes the problems of the police information construction at the grass-roots level from the aspects of the police information consciousness,infrastructure construction,applied capital investment,management system,social resources utilization,etc..In the light of the existing problems,this paper puts forward some reasons such as the low awareness of informatization of the personnel,the backwardness of infrastructure construction,the low investment of funds and the backwardness of management system,so as to overcome the various challenges and difficulties encountered by the grass-roots public security work,in the end,the author puts forward seven aspects of promoting the informationization of police affairs at the grass-roots level,which are to enhance the awareness of the informationization of police affairs,to coordinate the division and standardized application of the right to use information,to strengthen the collection of information,to establish a comprehensive quantitative evaluation system,to pay attention to the cultivation of talents and to strengthen the guarantee of funds,and to strengthen the interaction with social resources,starting from the concept of informatization,this paper applies the research methods of questionnaire survey,investigation and analysis,literature study,case analysis,etc.to all 13 grass-roots police stations and 12 first-line law enforcement teams,more than 10 police information infrastructure construction of the investigation,more than 500 grass-roots police questionnaire survey,analysis of a county police information development status and shortcomings,based on the advanced experience and research results of the construction and development of police informationization in developed areas,and from the angle of the actual combat of police affairs,this paper puts forward some new ideas for the construction and development of police informationization at the grass-roots level.
