Institutions play a pivotal and indispensable role in China,which are not only the main contributors to the development of social public welfare,but also the gathering places to train a large number of professionals,who can make outstanding contributes to the nation.As one of the three systems of the management institutions with administrative units and enterprises,which share the part of wasteful resources,institutions cannot be used fully to give play to efficiency.Therefore,the state has actively launched a series of large-scale reform measures for many years,ranging from two main reform directions of public welfare classification and performance pay to exchange blood.This year will become an important year of reform.At present,the performance management system of most institutions in China is not perfect,and the effect of incentive mechanism is not obvious.In view of this kind of problems,this paper analyzes in detail the application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to the evaluation of fairness of performance wage distribution in institutions,discusses the basic process of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,focuses on several outstanding problems,and preliminarily constructs a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of fairness of performance fair distribution in institutions.After evaluating TCJ institutions,this paper empirically studies the application effect of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in institutions.After the investigation and comparison,the hierarchical structure of the evaluation index is modified and revised,and the weight of the evaluation index is quantitatively analyzed,and the weight of the first and second evaluation index and the weight of the second evaluation index are finally determined,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the performance wage distribution of the TCJ institutions is also constructed.Finally,it is proved that the method discussed in this paper can effectively quantify the fairness of performance pay distribution.
