Francis Fukuyama,Japanese-American scholar,Ph.D.in political science at Harvard University, and former Deputy Director of the U.S.Department of State Think Tank Policy and Planning Bureau. In 1989,Francis Fukuyama published the article The End of History, which held that liberal democracy is the end of human ideological development and the last form of human domination.Based on this article,Francis Fukuyama published the The End of History and the Last Man in 1992.The End of History and the Last Man,put forward "the end of history",which is regarded as a declaration of the victory of the Cold War in the West, and has aroused great repercussions in academic circles at home and abroad.Since the beginning of the new century,China's rapid development has aroused widespread concern in the world.Especially after the outbreak of the financial crisis in 2008,American politics showed signs of decline and China continued to develop, which seemed to give the historical conclusion a slap in the face.Facing the decline of the liberal democratic system and the impact of the development model of China and other countries on the democratization process,Francis Fukuyama published The Origins of Political Order: From Prehuman Times to the French Revolution in 2011 and Political Order and Political Decay: From the Industrial Revolution to the Globalization of Democracy in 2014.In these two works,Francis Fukuyama expounds his theory of political development to improve the final conclusions of history, including his view of political order. In his research on the political order,he paid great attention to the Chinese model. From the perspective of the state, the rule of law,and the system of responsibility,Francis Fukuyama conducted an in-depth discussion on the historical factors and realistic development of China's political order. This article takes Francis Fukuyama's view of Chinese political order as the research object, and uses the three dimensions of Francis Fukuyama's political order as the perspective to sort out the main content of his view of Chinese political order. It attempts to analyze the Chinese model in Francis Fukuyama's eyes and explore the Chinese model in light of the development of China At the same time,it points out the significance and limitations of its theory,so as to enhance self-confidence in the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics. This article is divided into four parts around the research on Francis Fukuyama's concept of Chinese political order. The first part focuses on the background of the formation of Francis Fukuyama's political order theory. The sources of Francis Fukuyama's political order theory are theoretical and practical. From a theoretical background, first of all,in the preface of The Origin of the Political Order,Francis Fukuyama made it clear that he was influenced by Samuel Phillips Huntington's Political Order in Changing Societies.Secondly,Francis Fukuyama's earlier conclusions of history are no longer suitable for the present.Political development needs to be improved and modified. From a realistic basis, the political development of western democracies has shown a slump, which has formed a more obvious contrast with the good development momentum of emerging market countries such as China, which has caused Francis Fukuyama to think about political order. The second part generally summarizes the concept of political order, and focuses on the three dimensions of Francis Fukuyama's political order theory.Francis Fukuyama's view of Chinese political order is an important part of his entire theory of political order. To study his view of Chinese political order,it is necessary to have a general understanding of his theory of political order. This section first summarizes the political order in general, and then focuses on the three dimensions of Francis Fukuyama's analysis of the political order-the state, the rule of law,and the accountability system. These three dimensions are also Francis Fukuyama's main tools for analyzing China's political order. The third part focuses on the main content of Francis Fukuyama's Chinese political order view.At the national level,Francis Fukuyama believes that China is influenced by history, and the bureaucracy with modern factors formed in ancient times has also affected China today, putting China in an authoritarian political system;at the level of rule of law,Francis Fukuyama pointed out that the rule of law has always been in the absence of China, the concept of the rule of law in ancient China was missing, and in modern times it has not escaped this situation.China 's power owners still lack constraints.Today 's legal governance in China is more reflected in the rules. At the level of responsibility,Francis Fukuyama insists that China lacks The democratic accountability system is reflected in the problem of “bad emperor” in China since ancient times. At the same time,he believes that the accountability system implemented in China has always been a moral responsibility system. The fourth part is the analysis of Francis Fukuyama's view of Chinese political order.Francis Fukuyama has certain reasonable factors when studying the concept of Chinese political order, which has certain reference value for the development of Chinese political order.Through the investigation of Francis Fukuyama's view,it can be found that political legitimacy is an important issue in political construction. Will undermine the stability of the political order. Therefore,at present, strengthening political legitimacy and increasing anti-corruption efforts can ensure the fundamental interests of the people and consolidate the foundation of the Communist Party's governance.Francis Fukuyama has certain limitations when studying the concept of Chinese political order.First,he developed from the perspective of Western centralism, emphasizing the universal value of freedom and democracy, and believed that China must change its development path;second,he made a wrong analysis of the Chinese model. In the definition of the Chinese model, one party Ruling authoritarianism is his main point of view;again,he has a great bias in understanding China's rule of law, negating the value of China's rule of law and the concept of the rule of law in China. In fact,China has embarked on a development path that suits itself. Therefore,in this part,he made some refutations of his error analysis.
