Probe Into The Professional Spirit Of Post-Supported Teaching Students

As the main force of the development of national basic education,the professional dedication of students in normal universities not only affects the choice and development of their career paths,but also relates to the specific implementation of basic education in China.In the three levels of the core socialist values,the requirements of "professional dedication" are clearly put forward on the individual level,which also points out the direction for normal colleges to carry out the cultivation of professional dedication of volunteer teachers.Normal universities for field teaching in the cultivation of students' professional spirit,is everyone actively practicing the demand of socialist core values,is also the normal colleges and universities ideological and political education theory to keep pace with The Times demand.Therefore,it has become an important part of the ideological and political theory courses in normal colleges and universities that how to cultivate the professional dedication of the volunteer teaching students and how to strengthen the attention and sense of identity of the volunteer teaching students.From the perspective of colleges and universities,a systematic and comprehensive cultivation system of professional dedication should be established among the four,combining with the students themselves,their family education and social education.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and conditions of volunteer teaching practice in normal universities,and summarizes literature review and research methods.The second part is the definition of related concepts of volunteer teaching and professional dedication,including the characteristics and reasons of volunteer teaching,the connotation and significance of professional dedication.The third part is through the questionnaire in the form of field teaching present situation of students' professional spirit,describe and analyze the problems and causes;The fourth part is about how we should better to be a teacher in field of students with professional spirit cultivation,breeding was divided into several aspects,and how to collaborate with each other,it is concluded that the concrete implementation of effective measures;The fifth part is the summary and prospect of the whole paper.
