Since the 18 th,the governing party situation intensifies,a batch of "tiger","flies" lok ma,social public opinion to the attention of public officials corruption phenomenon more and more high,make the person shocking is not only some central senior leading cadres,but also have been exposed "village official",the amount of village cadres corruption of wide,domain,harm caused the attention of the whole society.This paper selects the unique perspective of public ethics and takes ShiShou city,hubei province as an example.Through case analysis,it analyzes the main characteristics and harms of corruption of village cadres,and reveals the causes of corruption of village cadres from the perspective of public ethics,including the diverse environment,the lack of responsibility system and the conflict of interests.On this basis to build a new public ethics value of village cadres,the responsibility ethic feelings,democratic consciousness,civil servant and public principle,fair principle,the ability be competent ethics,to strengthen the moral and ethical training village cadres rich connotation in the future,also for the future from the Angle of public ethics provide ethical framework for long-term village officials corruption prevention system.Based on the corruption of village cadres,village cadres,analysis of the causes of the problems of public ethics value construction,put forward from reducing conflicts at the grass-roots level,guarantee the basic interests of the village cadres,creating the atmosphere of social morality,strengthening democracy education,give full play to the role of the democratic supervision and science make them clear about the path of the village cadres corruption prevention.
