Research On Social Force Participation In Community Correction In Yongjia County,Wenzhou City

Community correction is a form of punishment as opposed to imprisonment.It is through the placement of criminals in the community and the help of local judicial and administrative organs,with the help of other departments and social forces,to help them correct their psychology and behavior within their correction period.No longer endanger society and smoothly return to society.Since 2003,the pilot community correction work in some provinces and regions of the country has been extended to the whole country.During the past decade or so,the work of community correction has progressed steadily and in an orderly manner.This method of punishment,which replaces traditional imprisonment and punishment by community punishment,can transform criminals and achieve the purpose of rehabilitating criminals and reintegrating them into society.It can also effectively reduce the state's investment and burden in the execution of penalties and show the superiority of the community correction system.The community correction work is to actively use various resources in society and integrate all social forces so that criminals can serve their sentences in the community.During the period of community correction,community correction personnel can not rely solely on the supervision and management of judicial administrative agencies.Instead,they should actively guide various social resources to participate in community correction work.However,due to the fact that China does not pay attention to the participation of social forces in community correction,In addition,due to traditional ideas,the general public has a deep suspicion of criminals.There have always been various difficulties for social forces to participate in community correction work.By means of literature research,case interview and questionnaire survey,this paper investigates the present situation of community corrective social forces in yongjia County,Wenzhou city,analyzes the existing problems and reasons,and puts forward suggestions for improving the participation of social forces.Firstly,through the previous period of reference data,to understand the Yongjia County community correction of social forces in the types of participation of the main body,the introduction of social forces of participation.Secondly,through the data and conversation obtained from the questionnaire survey of community correction personnel and interviews with various subjects of social forces,the paper analyzes the existing problems of social forces participation in community correction in Yongjia County,Wenzhou City,and then analyzes the reasons for the problems.These include imperfect laws,imperfect mechanisms,low social awareness,and immature community development.Finally,the author puts forward some suggestions and suggestions,including improving the rules and regulations governing the participation of social forces in community correction,improving the coordination mechanism of various types of social forces 'participation mechanisms,raising the awareness of community correction,and attaching importance to the training of talents in social forces.Effective promotion of social participation in community corrections.
