Problems Of Management And Service Of Floating Population In Tianjin Economic-technological Development Area

With the deepening of China's reform and opening up and the rapid development of the socialist market economy,the process of urbanization and marketization in China has been accelerating.At the same time,a large number of migrants have moved from countryside to coastal cities and economically developed areas.And this phenomenon shows the tendency of increasing year by year.It not only meets the rapid economic and social development demands of the city,but also brings challenges and impacts to the city's social construction and management.How to explore the new model of floating population management and give full play to the active effect of floating population in economic and social development is a major issue that city managers shall actively think about.This paper studies through the methods of theoretical analysis,literature analysis,logical argumentation,and empirical research,from the perspective of public management,under the background of the current comprehensively deepening reform,which takes the management and service of the floating population in Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area as sample,based on practice,analyzing the main problems in the management and service of floating population,such as children's education,health care,housing security,difficulties in rights protection,outstanding illegal crimes,etc.,it takes corresponding measures to solve this series of problems to meet the demands of the floating population for the better life,as well as give full play to the positive effect of floating population in the urban development and economic development of Tianjin Industrial Development Area.
