Research On Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Floating Population Management In Yinchuan City

With the implementation of China’s western development strategy and the acceleration of urbanization,the large-scale population floating has become an important phenomenon and an inevitable result of China’s economic and social development.The continuous deepening of the urbanization process in Northwest China has led to a large number of people floating into cities,and the scale of the floating population is expanding day by day.It is an urgent and important task to fully grasp the characteristics and needs of the urban floating population,improve and innovate the service management system of the floating population,and actively guide the floating population to integrate into the urban life for common development.Urban floating population management related topics of research work,actively explore methods for service management of the floating population,classification guidance of experience,to strengthen national affairs service and management system and innovation mechanism,and fully correct implementation of national policies,promote the development of the national unity and progress in our country is of great significance.This paper takes Yinchuan City as the research site and the floating population in Yinchuan City as the research object,and analyzes the management of the floating population in Yinchuan City from different perspectives.Studies have found that most of the flow group engaged in the work,farming and other industries,there is a poor living environment,and social guarantee rights difficulties,these difficulties are caused by their own reasons,but also reflects the local government in floating population service and management problems:management efficiency is not high,etc.This paper will be divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which elaborates the background of the topic selection and research significance,the theoretical basis of this paper,as well as the research methods to be adopted in this paper.The second part is to sort out the basic situation of the management of the floating population in Yinchuan City,summarize the quantity change,spatial distribution,basic structure and characteristics of the floating population in Yinchuan City in recent years,and analyze the management measures and results of the floating population in Yinchuan City with relevant cases.The third part is a summary of the problems existing in the management of the floating population in Yinchuan.The forth part focuses on the causes of these problems.The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the management of the floating population of in Yinchuan.The last part of the conclusion points out the importance and necessity of strengthening the management of the floating population in Yinchuan,and the influence of the increasing floating population in the new era.Therefore,promote floating population in the city into the feeling,actively adjust the management idea,respect for cultural differences,enhance the level of management staff of professional work,effective use of scientific management platform,perfect the management system and evaluation system,is the key of local governments to raise Yinchuan floating population management ability.
