Research On Marx's Thought Of Clean Government And Its Contemporary Enlightenment

Corruption is not only a common ugly phenomenon in the world,but also a persistent disease that is difficult to overcome in China for a long time.It erodes the healthy constitution of our party and state,undermines the relation——between our party and people——like fish to water,and is deeply hated by the broad masses of the people.In response to it,the CPC Central Committee with comrade Xi Jinping as the core has vigorously promoted the building of clean governance of party conduct and the fight against corruption.Great practice calls for great theory,which not only requires CPC Central Committee with comrade Xi Jinping as the core to continuously carry out great innovation in the thought of clean government,but also requires us to not forget the original,go back to the classic works of Marx to learn and understand the source of our party's clean government thought,so as to consolidate the theoretical cornerstone of the innovation of clean government thought.Based on the analysis of a large number of literature study,this paper,further by induction and deduction,trying to tease out something else — — the theoretical origin,the trajectory of evolution,and the logic of construction and the main content——in Marx's clean government thought so as to grasp its theoretical essence and true meaning,thus realizing the transformation of modernization and the development of sinicization of Marx's thought of clean government,and in the last,provides beneficial enlightenment for the party to build a clean government and combat corruption in contemporary China.Before the establishment of Marxism,the western society has successively produced the thought of clean government of good governance in ancient Greece and Rome,the thought of clean government of moralization in the middle ages,the thought of clean government of secularization in the Renaissance and the thought of clean government of institutionalization in the modern capitalism.On the basis of deeply criticizing the former western thought of clean government,Marx constructed the theoretical system of clean government thought which experienced the arduous exploration of various periods,including germination,enrichment,maturity and perfection.For the construction of the thought of clean government,Marx adopted "discovering the new world from the critique the old world" logic,that is,discovering "human society" from criticizing capitalist society,discovering the systematical scheme to realize the integrity of the proletariat from the critical process of the bourgeois state machine,private ownership,democratic politics,cheap government lead to corruption,namely,to establish the dictatorship of the proletariat,restore normal relationship between society with country;Eliminate the class attribute of labor and realize the complete liberation of labor;To practice true democratic politics and ensure the servant nature of the servants;We will streamline administration,delegatepower,enforce cost reduction and integrity,and establish a truly cheap government.Marx's thought of clean government has great contemporary value and can give many important enlightenment to the practice of anti-corruption in China in the new era.We should uphold and improve the socialist system,and give full play to and deepen its role in curbing corruption;We should uphold the leadership of the communist party of China,strengthen the construction of the party's integrity and self-discipline;We should promote the scientific functioning of the people's democracy,and ensure their right to be masters of the country.We should deepen reform of the administrative system and build a government that is diligent,thrifty and honest.Marx's clean government thought is a spiritual wealth which is profound in conception and rich in connotation,not only provides a number of targeted integrity plan for the great project of the party construction,enhance the combat effectiveness and appeal of our party in the great battle of the new era,also provides a number of proactive reality enlightenment for the current advance of the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,boost the realization of the great Chinese dream.
