Research On The Innovation Of Community Management In Wenzhou

Community management refers to a series of self-management or administrative activities carried out by various organizations,groups or organizations in a certain region in order to maintain the normal order of the community,promote the development and prosperity of the community,and meet the specific needs of community residents such as material and cultural activities.With the rapid development of political,economic and social undertakings in China,communities have become the basic unit of production and life of the broad masses of the people.People's demand for community management is getting higher and higher.Now all parts of the country are actively innovating and trying to find a new scientific and effective way out.Looking back at the actual situation of Wenzhou,at present,Wenzhou is in an important period of urban transformation and development and brilliant butterfly transformation.It has formally entered the stage of large-scale construction and development.Next step,it will comprehensively promote the transformation of old cities and villages in cities,comprehensively optimize and upgrade the urban landscape,and improve the level of urban modernization.This is a historic opportunity once in a century.Whether communities can take advantage of this "east wind" to effectively improve the management level and realize the modernization of community management while realizing the modernization of urban appearance is of great importance to the future development of Wenzhou.At present,the community management in Wenzhou is generally extensive,which has caused great dissatisfaction among the residents of communities.Through on-the-spot investigation and research,it is found that there are many problems in government management,participation of social organizations,participation of community residents and construction of community staff.Through in-depth analysis of the causes of the problem,we find that it mainly focuses on that the existing community management structure in Wenzhou City has major defects,excessive government involvement in community management,and the role orientation of community workers is not accurate enough,the fineness of community management is obviously insufficient.On the whole,the community management in Wenzhou is not scientific enough and effective enough.As a result,the management level of the whole city is not high enough,and the effect of grass-roots social governance is not good.By means of literature research,interview research,case analysis and the theoretical analysis and field research,this paper studies the concept and management model of communities in order to find out the existing problems.At the same time,it fully study the innovative practices of community management in all parts of the country by combining the actual situation of Wenzhou.Through repeated comparisons,choosing the best from the worst,drawing inferences about other cases from one instance and the study and reflection,it puts forward four paths: exploring the construction of a new community organization structure,exploring the management mode with residential quarters as the basic unit,speeding up the play of the substantive role of social organizations,and promoting the reform of professional community staff,which will be beneficial to explore the innovation of community management in Wenzhou in the future.
