China’s Community Management Model Status Analysis And Development Trend Research

Since the founding of New China,the community management in China has coexisted with the original street residence system and the unit system,and has evolved into a community management system led by the unit system.With the establishment and development of the market economy,the unit system is in the process of development.Gradually shrinking,and there are many problems in the street residence system,which leads to the formation of a community system.In an ever-evolving process,the community management model is gradually being optimized.The community is the carrier of society.To a certain extent,it belongs to a small society and belongs to a social entity.At the same time,it is also one of the social entities most closely related to human beings.The basic unit of human survival,the outcome of community management work is directly related to the stability of society and the improvement of people’s life quality.Western countries have long paid great attention to community management,and their community management models have been relatively complete and mature.For example,Britain,France and other countries have formed a perfect and scientific community with excellent infrastructure and infrastructure.From the end of the 20 th century to the beginning of the 21 st century,China has made great achievements in community management.Among them,the Shanghai model and the Hanjiang model have become the focus of domestic research and are the pioneers and role models for China’s community system reform.Since the party’s 18 th National Congress,China has promoted a new round of community building in terms of innovative social governance,and promoted the modernization of national governance systems and governance capabilities.Local governments have introduced a series of governance innovation policies and institutional arrangements in line with their own conditions.The main purpose of community building is to meet the needs of economic reforms for community development and to build a grassroots social management system that is compatible with economic development.In this context,China’s community building has innovated such innovations as “community building” and “three linkages”.The article begins with the historically dominant model of China’s community system by comparing and analyzing the problems existing in the three models and the community management practice in the new era.By analyzing the mature systems and rich theories of developed countries in the West,we will obtain development strategies for the future management of urban communities in China.
