Research On Decision-making Information Management Of Xuzhou Municipal Committee

In recent years,the decision-making information management of Xuzhou Municipal Committee has contributed greatly to the scientific decision-making of the Party Committee by providing high-quality and efficient information services.The information management ability and level have also achieved considerable development around the high-quality development of Xuzhou City.At the same time,due to the explosive growth of information,the increasingly complex environment facing the decision-making of the Party Committee,the continuous improvement of the information service requirements of the Xuzhou Municipal Committee,the problems of the decision-making information management of the Xuzhou Municipal Committee in the aspects of system,mechanism and team building need to be paid attention to and solved urgently.This paper takes the decision-making information management of the Xuzhou Municipal Committee as the research object,comprehensively uses the methods of literature,case analysis and interview to carry out research,deeply analyses the existing problems and causes of the current information work,and explores the countermeasures to strengthen and improve the decision-making information management of the Xuzhou Municipal Committee.The main content of this paper consists of four parts.The first chapter is the introduction of this paper.It introduces the background,purpose and significance of this study,defines the core concepts of Party committee information and Party committee decision-making information management,and introduces the current situation,research ideas and research basis of Party committee information management.The second chapter introduces the current situation of information management of Xuzhou Municipal Committee.This paper briefly introduces the basic situation of Xuzhou,and on the basis of careful reading of relevant literature and interviews with information managers,combs the basic situation,operation mechanism and main achievements of information management of Xuzhou Municipal Committee.The third chapter analyses the problems and reasons of information management of Xuzhou Municipal Committee.The main problems are the lack of unified standards for information classification,the difficulty of ensuring the timeliness and authenticity of information submission,the lack of effective cohesion in all aspects of information processing,the lack of depth and breadth in information analysis,etc.The reasons are analyzed from the aspects of information service consciousness,rules and regulations construction,information network construction and personnel quality and ability.The fourth chapter is about the countermeasures to improve and enhance the information work of Xuzhou Municipal Committee.Emphasis is laid on three aspects: strengthening the construction of information management system,strengthening the construction of information management team and vigorously broadening the channels of information collection.In the part of countermeasures,this paper focuses on the construction of information management network,fully affirms the important role of non-Party committee organization information in Party committee decision-making.It not only proposes to strengthen communication with news organizations,but also suggests that experts and scholars should play a role of think tank,while taking into account the important role of non-Party Committee organizations in economic and social development,such as network media,Association of societies,non-governmental organizations and so on.?
