Research On The Quality Of Information Work Of Y County Party Committee

The information work organization of the Party committee is a national functional organization that completes the collection,sorting and processing of the party’s information,and releases and stores the relevant information.The information work organization of the Party committee is the media to receive and feedback information from the Party Central Committee and Party committees at all levels.County party committee government is an important part of state power.It is one of the important sources of information for leaders to obtain information.The information quality of the county Party committee is directly related to the development of the economy and society.Therefore,improving the quality of the information work of the Party committee at the county level is of great significance for improving the party’s ruling ability.This paper takes the information quality of Y County Party Committee as the research object,by using the methods of literature research,case study and comprehensive investigation,found that there are some problems in the information work quality of Y County Party Committee,such as inaccurate information content,poor effectiveness of information,less effective reading,and slow update cycle.Based on the information asymmetry theory and strengthening theory,analyze the reasons of these problems,including the deviation of the leaders’ cognition,the team is not strong,the unreasonable mechanism,lack of creative consciousness and ability.It also puts forward some suggestions on improving the quality of information work of Y County Party Committee,enhancing the attention of leaders,improving the quality of information staff,building a scientific management mechanism,and enhancing the awareness and ability of innovation.
