Enterprise Information Integrated Management Research Facing Business And Decision

Facing the rapid development of global informative construction, the trend that enterprise informationalization develops from business course to decision course seems inevitable. But some enterprises lack systematic thought in informative construction, especially for those enterprises which are now in the transitional phase to flat structural system, they often dismissed the phenomenon that the middle-level contradiction shifts to the two poles therefore a lot of information block in the middle-level, all these greatly obstructed the development of enterprise informative construction. Through the research and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages that exist in the domestic integrated business system and decision support system, this paper has pointed out the essential reasons that induced the information block in the middle-level, that is: business system in early stage is a kind of discrete system, it easily produces conflicts between enterprise structure and business system, and information easily block in the middle-level, therefore, the current business system may cause negative and passive effects on the decision-making. At the same time, by analysing the effects of the informative badlands and paradox on the information process, this paper has put forward information diffraction theory and clarified the overstaffed situation in the enterprise structure caused by diffraction. Due to information's disturb effects on the enterprise decision and the business process, as well as the different influences of TOD and TOC, this paper suggests the use of mutual mode in the TOD and TOC can support enterprise decision accurately and effectively. At the same time, based on decision and restraint, and along with the point to entity's development process of DSS, this paper also advances the online decision model on the basis of restraint. Moreover, by combining TOD, TOC and IM, this paper advances the information integrated theory which is facing the business and decision. The structure adjustment of the state-owned enterprises should adopt more active EDMS in order to support the information construction more effectively and rationally. On the basis of integrated requirement, this paper advances annular enterprise decision model, this kind of model has the following merits: first, the decision course do not be isolated; second, the information can flow more rapid; third, can avoid the randomicity distortion caused by the person's " good choose " behavior.At last, this paper has analysed Channa automobile (group) sales company's customer information systematic construction course, therefore deepened the understand of the entire developing process from business process to decision process.
