Comprehensive administrative law enforcement will be promoted from pilot cities to the whole country with the advancement of institutional reform.The enforcement needs to face large jurisdiction,big volume of cases with limited law enforcement personnel in urban management Under these circumstances,government employees,the assistant force of law enforcement,is a considerable part of the law enforcement team.The government employees in law enforcement positions could effectively relieves the shortage of law enforcement forces,improves the effieiency of law enforcement and reduces the administrative costs of law enforcement teams.However,by comparing government employees in law enforcement positions with law enforcement personne,it is found that he employees ave a high separation rate in the first working year and lacks sense of self-identity and sense of belonging.Therefore,there is theoretical and practical significance to study how sense of belonging of government employees in law enforcement positions could influence the separrtion rate of government employees in law enforcement positions and improve the efficiency and qualityiof comprehensive administrative law enforcement work.This study aims to reveal the existence problems and influence ffctors of goveerment employees’ sense of belonging by investigating the govenment employees in law enforcement positions of Hengqin Distsict Bureau of Law Enforcement.The questionnaires and interviews are guided by the relevant theories of sense of belonging,including five factoos of sense of belonginng,salary satisfaction,job satisfaction,rules and pegulations satisfaction,prsonal development status and interpersonal relationship.SPSS 22.0 software is employed to analyse 56 valid questionnaires.Data analysis includes the descriptive analysis,difference analysis,correlation analysis andregression analysis.The results show that the sense of belonging of government employees is infnuenced by job satisfaction,rules and regulations satisfaction and interpersonal relationship.There are significant differences between age and sense of belonging.Specifically,government employees in law enforcement positions shares lower satisfaction about salary and personal development In order to fundamentally improve the sense of belonging and cohesion of the team,mobilise the enthusiasm of the teamwork to achieve building a better service-oriented government.According to the findings and actual situation,the corresponding strategies to improve the sense of belonging of government employees in law enforcement positions are proposed.The purpose of this study is to find out the existing problems and potential disadvantageous factors of goverment employees in law enforcement positions through a sense of belonging survey and to propose measures for management improvement.Hopefully,the government employee system of Hengein District Bureau of Law Enforcemnt could retain a group of government employees with the strong sense of responsibility and excellent performance,and to maximise the assistant function of employee which plays a positive role in the social governance of Hengqin District.
