Since 2009,China has entered the ranks of an aging country,and the gradually increasing elderly population has deepened the problem of old-age care in China.Along with the increasing demand for old-age services,the traditional way of raising children and protecting the elderly is far from meeting the needs of the elderly.In order to meet the increasing demand for aged care services,the government encourages more social forces to participate in the pension industry.The private pension institutions have gradually developed under the favorable policy environment and market environment,thus alleviating the shortage of China’s old-age care services to a certain extent.The embarrassing situation has better met the pension needs of more social pensioners.However,people have only paid attention to the growth of the number of old-age service institutions for a long time,but have neglected the improvement of the service quality of the old-age care institutions.There is still a big gap between the service quality of private-age care institutions and the needs of the elderly.Based on the trend of socialization of old-age care services,this paper understands the status quo of the old-age care institutions in Guiyang,and combines the SERVQUAL model to evaluate the service quality of the five dimensions of tangible,reliable,responsive,guaranteed and empathic for the elderly in private pension institutions.analysis.In this paper,13 private pension institutions were selected in Guiyang City.Through the investigation of 229 elderly people with clear consciousness and staying in private pension institutions,the service quality evaluation results made by the SERVQUAL model found that the private pension institutions are mainly empathy.There are major defects in sex,but there are also some problems in tangibility,responsiveness and guarantee.Specifically,the old-age institutions in Guiyang are mainly faced with difficulties in service facilities and equipment,service content,service professionalism,service initiative and humanized service level.In response to these problems,the authors propose measures such as improving infrastructure,improving service content,improving internal and external supervision mechanisms,improving service professionalism,creating a good working atmosphere for employees,and increasing assistance to small and medium-sized private pensioninstitutions.Advice on the quality of service provided by the aged care institutions.
