A Study On The Service Quality Evaluation And Influencing Factors Of The Pension Institutions In Taiyuan

With the increasing size of the elderly population and the deepening of aging in China,all levels of society pay more and more attention to the elderly's pension needs.Under the background of diversified and multi-level pension needs,people begin to pursue a higher quality of old age life.Under the guidance of the national policy of vigorously promoting the healthy development of pension services,the pension service provider has developed rapidly and become an indispensable part of the pension service system,which plays an important role in meeting the pension needs of the elderly.The service quality of our pension institutions has an important impact on the improvement of the quality of life of the elderly in their later years.Therefore,how to improve the service quality of pension institutions has become an important link in the development of pension services.Based on stakeholder theory,demand level theory,public choice theory,customer perception theory and welfare pluralism theory,this paper fully considers the development of the elderly care institutions in Taiyuan City,Shanxi Province,and summarizes four first-class evaluation indexes,26 second-class evaluation indexes of life care,medical care,cultural entertainment and spiritual comfort,and then selects appropriate elderly care institutions.Through questionnaire survey,and using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the weight,on the basis of the test,we get four dimensions and the overall fuzzy evaluation value,At the same time,in order to further study the multiple factors that affect the service quality evaluation results of the elderly care institutions in Taiyuan,this paper takes the overall satisfaction of the elderly as the dependent variable,establishes an indicator system of 12 independent variables in three dimensions,namely,economic capacity,population characteristics of the elderly group,and operation management.The results of multiple regression analysis are taken as the sustainable development of the service quality of the elderlycare institutions Basis.The results show that the overall evaluation level of the service quality of the elderly care institutions in Taiyuan is between "satisfaction" and "average",and the elderly have a good life in the elderly care institutions.For the elderly,the basic services of the institution,including meal service,basic medical equipment,cultural and entertainment places,psychological consultation and so on,can basically meet the needs of the elderly,while there is still a large room for improvement for personalized meal customization,comprehensive medical projects,entertainment projects,and professional spiritual comfort.Therefore,in order to further improve the quality of life of the elderly,on the basis of their own standardized construction and sustainable development,pension institutions should focus on building a professional team of all kinds of service personnel,strengthen the renewal of facilities and equipment in the institutions,improve the management system and training system,and optimize the service supply of pension institutions based on the immediate needs of the elderly.
