Research On Old-age Service System Of Dongying City

China is the country with the largest population and the largest elderly population in the world,and the continuous intensifying of the population aging trend is an indisputable social fact.Due to the reason that a large number of young adults from other areas were absorbed to develop the Shengli Oil Field,the time when Dongying city entered into population aging society was seven years later than the time when the whole province entered into population aging society.Dongying city entered into population aging society in 2011,which is one of the latest cities in Shandong Province that entered into population aging society.However,the development speed of population aging is very fast.The problem of population aging has the characteristics of large population base,rapid growth rate,aging disability and sharp rise in old-age dependency ratio.And the large pension burden caused by the population aging problem is urgent to be solved.In order to deal with this long-term challenge,the author researches the old-age service system of Dongying city on the basis of the actual situation of the city’s pension service.In this paper,the author takes the survey results of Dongying city as an example,analyzes the current situation of the demand and supply of the old-age service,and studies how to balance the supply and demand of the old-age service.In addition,the author learns from the developed countries and regions of the advanced pension service system construction experience,and puts forward constructive suggestions on the development and improvement of the old-age service system of Dongying city.With the development of the economy and the change of social structure and family structure,the single pension service provider has been unable to meet the diversified pension service needs of the elderly.Therefore,it is necessary to mobilize all kinds of forces,take the government as the leading factor,link the country and market and family and volunteer organizations together and comprehensively build multi-level pension service system that is based on home,supported by the community,supplemented by institutions and combines hospitals with nursing home.Old-age service products are richer,the market mechanism is perfected continuously,and the old-age service industry keeps sustainable and healthy development,so as to make the elderly in the city have the sense of security.
