The Problems And Countermeasures Of Video Investigation At Present

With the rapid development of video surveillance system in our country,video investigation emerged.As a new type of investigation technology,its effect has been fully verified in practice.This paper focuses on the main problems existing in the current video investigation work,and puts forward some solutions to improve it.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part defines the concepts of video investigation and video investigation work.It firstly elaborates two forms of video investigation: active video investigation and passive video investigation.Then it analyses the general situation of video investigation work in our country.Finally,it focuses on the current situation of video investigation work in the city of SJZ.The second part of the paper firstly analyses the characteristics of video investigation,including its instant effectiveness,initiatives and comprehensiveness.Secondly,it analyses the development trend of video investigation in the future.The third part,focusing on the city of SJZ,makes a detailed analysis of the five main problems existing in the current video investigation work.At the legal level,the legislation of video surveillance is inadequate,and there is no law about how to protect personal privacy under the video surveillance system;At the technical level,there is no unified technical standard of video surveillance equipment and relevant Information cannot be exchanged flexibly?It also has not enough research in this field.At the working mechanism level,there is a lack of standardization in the planning,installation,setting,use,management and maintenance;And at the safeguard mechanism level,there exists problems of manpower shortage and fund shortage At the technical research and development level,we don't have a professional research team.Our level of research and application needs to be improvedThe fourth part puts forward solutions to improve it in five aspects.Firstly,it puts forward to improve the legal regulation of video investigation.Secondly,it puts forward to promote technology and innovation to support the work of video investigation.Thirdly,it also puts forward to improve the working mechanism.At the same time,it puts forward to improve the supporting mechanism of video investigation.Finally,It is suggested that we should improve the analytical and adjudicative ability in video investigation.
