Research On The Attitude Of Non-public Entrepreneurs Towards Party Construction From The Perspective Of Political Process

Non-public economy occupies an increasingly important position in China’s economic development.The party construction in non-public economy,as an important part of the party’s grassroots organization construction,is an important issue of the socialist political system in the new era.Due to the ownership of non-public economy,the attitude of entrepreneurs is crucial to the smooth development of party construction in the private economy.From the perspective of political process,the study analyzed the party construction in non-public economy in stages,and explored the internal logic of the conformation and change of entrepreneurs’ attitude towards party construction.During the mobilization phase,it shows that different party mobilization strategies and entrepreneurs’ assessment of their own needs will affect entrepreneurs’ attitudes toward party construction.When it comes to implementation phase,entrepreneurs’ attitudes will show up in resource input and activities of the party construction.At the same time,the behavior of the entity within and outside the enterprise will counteract the entrepreneur.It works through feedbacks such as economic,social and political benefits to change the attitude of entrepreneurs.According to the different actors,the influencing factors of entrepreneurial attitude can be summarized into the following three categories.The first is political mobilization strategies of the party.The second is the marginal benefit that entrepreneurs get from party construction.The third is the attitude of the other subjects towards party construction.Throughout the entire process of party construction,it can be found that the attitude of entrepreneurs in the non-public economic is dynamically changing.With the deepening of the party building construction in non-public economy,entrepreneurs’ attitude constantly influenced by the multiple subjects and factors.
