Research On The Change Of Public Trust Attitude Based On The Process Stages

The public's trust attitude toward the government is related to the legitimacy and stability of the government.In recent years,with the development of the Internet,various contradictions and conflicts have been complicated and frequent.The transparency of government information and the gradual strengthening of public awareness of rights protection have all affected the public's questioning of the government.The public trust in the government is increasingly a new proposition and a new hot spot for the times.This article,through case studies and T secondary school samples,analyzes and compares the changes of public trust attitude in mass incidents and the reasons for these changes.This article is divided into five parts,the first part is introduction.This article briefly introduces the background of this article,the significance of the topic and the research results at home and abroad,and introduces the research methods and innovations of this paper.The second part briefly introduces the theoretical basis of this study,introduces the core concept of public organizational trust and political trust theory of practicality analysis.The third part divides the whole event into three stages.It studies the changes of the attitude of trust and the reasons for the changes of different subjects during different stages of the incident,and analyzes the causes and consequences of the special events.The fourth section summarizes the four factors that shape the impact of changes in public trust throughout the incident: uninterrupted communication,interaction of government organizations with the public,media participation and personal influence in acquaintance society.Analyze the influence of each factor and the role of the main body in an attempt to build a model of change of trust attitude in mass incidents.The fifth part analyzes the construction of a good government trust relations.By analyzing the basic principles of building a good relationship between government trust value and government trust,this paper explores the path to building a good government trust relationship.
