Reserch On Public Decision-making Mechanism In Urban Renewal

Urban renewal,which originated in Britain,has been studied and practiced for decades in European and American urban construction.At present,urban development in China has positive guiding significance.The successful cases of urban renewal at home and abroad are undoubtedly not based on a complete and efficient public decision-making mechanism.It can be seen that the perfection of the public decision-making mechanism directly affects the quality of the urban renewal process and determines the development level of urban economy,urban construction,culture,environment and society.With the continuous advancement of urbanization in China,the public decision-making mechanism in urban renewal is changing from the traditional to open and inclusive,but it also faces many challenges.At the same time,it also brings the opportunity of reform for the formation of the new public decision-making mechanism.Taking the Gongshu District of Hangzhou as an example,this thesis firstly analyzes the operation and the necessity of public decision-making mechanism in urban renewal,and take the Gongshu District goals and strategies in the current urban renaissance faces opportunities as a starting point,compared the Gongshu District public characteristics and the deficiency existing in the operation of the decision-making mechanism,then to the UK and foreign cases,such as Shenzhen,Hangzhou analyzes domestic case,analysis its by establishing multiple open,clear logical public decision-making mechanism,to achieve the success of the urban renewal.On this basis,this article from the optimization of the public decision-making mechanism in the Gongshu District urban Renaissance put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions,and suggested that the government should establish a set of effective public decision-making system architecture,scientific and reasonable evaluation mechanism,the implementation of the multi-party participation mechanism,the mechanism of coordination and strong guarantee,feedback in place of supervision mechanism,grasp the overall objective of urban Renaissance,orderly market participation,reduce the blindness and speculative policy,promote the common development of urban renewal and the economic and social..
