The Research On The Cooperative And Interactive Relationship Between The Volunteer Service Organization And The Government

In the era of globalization,government and non-profit organizations are two main social and public affairs management,and volunteer service organizations as a non-profit organization representative,is playing an increasingly important role in the state and society in various fields.As the largest voluntary service organization in China,the voluntary service organization has become an important force to promote the progress and development of China’s socialist cause.From the view of the existing information,although the scholars have conducted the research on the volunteer organization and government relationship,but the lack of research on Chinese with local characteristics of the volunteer service organization and the government of the special relationship.This study attempts to bridge this deficiency and discusses the cooperative and interactive relationship between the voluntary service organizations and the government in five parts.The first part is an introduction.It analyzes the background and significance of the topic,summarizes the related literature at home and abroad,and introduces the research methods adopted by the author when writing the paper.The second part,the related concepts of volunteer service organization characteristics were defined,described the basic theory of the volunteer service organizations and government relationship,and analyzes the importance and necessity of constructing the benign cooperation relationship between the volunteer service organizations and the government.The third part introduces the current situation of cooperation between China’s volunteer service organizations and the government,that causes the main problems of Chinese volunteer service organizations and government cooperation are the volunteer service organization registration threshold is too high,the dual management system based on the analysis of current situation of the construction of legal system,the lack of restriction.The fourth part studies the relationship between youth voluntary service organizations and the government with the case of Yueyang Youth Volunteers Association and Qingfeng volunteer.The fifth part probes into the path choice of realizing the benign cooperation and interaction between the youth voluntary service organizations and the government in china.From the perspective of the government,we need to change ideas and practical cooperation,increase reform and improve the system,pay attention to cultivation,policy support,strengthen supervision and persistent norms.From the dimension of volunteer service organization,we need to achieve correct attitude,clear mission,comprehensive development,enhance ability,respond positively,consciously adjust,develop strategy,and strive for support.From the perspective of society,we need to improve the mechanism,effective incentives,universal culture,carry forward the spirit,multi participation,scientific supervision.
