A Study On The Space Design Of Community In Wuhan

The aging of the population is intensifying,the negative impact of urbanization,such as environmental pollution;traffic problems;public health security.Urban elderly pension problem become serious,In the traditional family pension approach gradually weakened the case,the community pension model is actively building.Community extended aged care at home packages doesn’t change the Chinese people’s cultural tradition,the family is still as a place of residence,the living community as a provision of basic medical care,life care,culture and entertainment and other comprehensive services platform,to a certain extent,reduced the family The burden of old age.However,both the community space,or the current urban community in which the reality of the elderly,have determined the complexity of China’s urban community pension.In this paper,the study of Meiyuan community found: Meiyuan community has a pension service center there is a small scale,simple functional facilities and other issues,can not meet the needs of Meiyuan elderly pension.This requires us to pay attention to the contemporary urban community,the actual needs of the elderly,thinking about the community to further optimize the pension agencies,and constantly improve the community pension service system.This paper explores the spatial design method of a new type of community pension service center for urban elderly in China by combining the characteristics of the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly,the research of the relevant literature,the field investigation and the design scheme.The first chapter of the paper introduces the research background,the purpose of the study and the methods of carrying out the research.Chapter 2: An analysis of the general situation of the nursing of the Meiyuan community in Wuhan and the research data of the original community service center.The third chapter discusses the necessity and function of constructing new urban community pension service center.Functional partition need to set up four major partitions: recreation area,health care area,day care area and reception service area.Space configuration requires recreational space,health care space,day care space,service reception space and other auxiliary space.The fourth chapter summarizes the design requirements of the indoor and outdoor environment of the new urban community pension service center,which involves the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly,the barrier design and the external function space configuration.In the fifth chapter,the paper puts forward the design scheme of New Mei Yuan Community Service Center,which mainly includes the internal layout of the building and the surrounding small environment.Finally,based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward the shortcomings of the research and the prospect of the follow-up study.
