| Work stress is a hot topic at present.At present,the explanation of work stress is more about the pressure on people caused by overburdened work,changing production posts,overburdened work or changing work responsibilities.Pressure is a double-edged sword,moderate pressure can be turned into power to promote the development of work;if the pressure is too high,it will not only affect the physical and mental health of grass-roots cadres,but also affect the daily work of grass-roots cadres,so that grass-roots cadres in their daily work have a negative attitude of not being enterprising,over time to work a sense of burnout,work efficiency decline,hold "when".The negative mentality of a monk hitting a clock.This paper is based on the current situation that the grass-roots cadres are generally under great pressure and the sense of burnout that grass-roots cadres will occasionally produce in their work.On the basis of the research of many scholars,this paper tries to select grass-roots cadres in Xigu District of Lanzhou City,Gansu Province,as the research object,and through the analysis of the relevant situation of the work stress and job burnout of grass-roots cadres in Xigu District of Lanzhou City,Gansu Province Step by step,this paper studies the impact of work stress on Job Burnout of grassroots cadres in Xigu District,Lanzhou City,Gansu Province.It is concluded that the work stress of grassroots cadres in Xigu District,Lanzhou City,Gansu Province has a great impact on job burnout,which can not be ignored.Therefore,it can be used as a new starting point in the theoretical research of grassroots cadres.The content of the study is mainly divided into five parts: the first part is the research background,the significance of the study,the current situation of the study at home and abroad,and the research ideas and methods;the second part is the definition of relevant concepts and the elaboration of theoretical basis;the third part is the research design,and puts forward specific theoretical assumptions;the fourth part is through interviews and the analysis of questionnaires.The fifth part is based on the results of statistical analysis to give research conclusions and corresponding policy recommendations.Through discussing and studying the influence of work stress on Job Burnout of grass-roots cadres in Xigu District of Lanzhou City,Gansu Province,we find that the work stress of grass-roots cadres easily leads to job burnout of grass-roots cadres.We divide the work stress into four dimensions.The results show that the four dimensions are positively related to job burnout,and propose individuals to alleviate the job stress of grass-roots cadres accordingly.At the level of organization,some policy suggestions hope to be beneficial to the physical and mental health of grass-roots cadres,and to further standardize the work behavior of grass-roots cadres,improve the work efficiency of grass-roots cadres,and contribute to the team building of grass-roots cadres in Xigu District,Lanzhou City,Gansu Province. |
