| For a long time,there have been opinions that the exogenous development was criticized and the endogenous development was highly praised in the academic field.However,according to the development practice of China’s post-development areas,it was found that the exogenous development was not as totally bad as in the criticism,but had a variety of impacts on the local development under different history-geography and resource endowments.According to the practice of exogenous development in a Han-Tibetan mixed village in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,Gansu Province,it can be divided into three types.The first type is the practice of exogenous development which could help the village achieve efficient development.Although there were different considerations between exogenous development and endogenous development in the incident of village forest protection,it was the dual recognition of the two development discourses which not only let the wills of environmental development coincide,but also transformed the forest protection movement that based on culture and community power order into a sustainable formal system.The second type is the practice of exogenous development which could only help the village achieve develope partially.In the new development measure of building ecological civilization village,exogenous development wanted to promote community development by inputing projects.However,due to the nature of the projects themselves and the mode of operation process,there was phenomena that the projects did not meet the actual needs of villagers and did not conform to traditional customs,so that the exogenous assistance could not help the village achieve development fully.The third type is the practice of exogenous development which was difficult to help the village achieve its development.In the process of exploring characteristic ethnic tourism,there were actually double obstacles to the reality and development path behind the exogenous development’s feasibility and benefit analysis.Faced with the lack of endogenous power and unsustainable external support,the practice of exogenous development would be difficult.Through the analysis of the above three types,it can draw the following conclusion:the key to the success of the exogenous development practice lies in the conformity with the reality of the village.Only by fully combining the local reality and taking the community residents as the main body of development,can the exogenous development provide sufficient impetus for the endogenous development.This paper hopes to enrich the relevant theories of community development,at the same time,to provide new ideas for policy formulation and ethnic work,and promote the construction and development of ethnic communities. |
