Research On Personal Privacy Leakage Risk Prevention In Government Data Opening

In recent years,with the full application of “Internet + e-government” and the rapid development of information technology such as cloud computing and digital economy,residents' living habits and social work methods are gradually changing,and the public's open demand for government data is increasing rapidly.The opening of government data is deepening,and personal privacy leaks and personal information data are illegally commercialized.The security of personal privacy is becoming more and more serious.In order to balance the relationship between the stability and opening of government data and the protection of personal privacy,it is necessary to guard against the risk of personal privacy disclosure in the opening of government data while promoting the opening of government data.First of all,this literature survey method sorts out the related knowledge of government data opening and personal privacy leakage risk,clarifies the difficulties,innovations and research significance of this paper,and clarifies the research content and the framework of the whole text.Secondly,based on the public investigation of the factors affecting the risk of personal privacy leakage in the government data opening,and using SPSS25.0 to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire results,it is found that the process of government data opening,platform program loopholes and access control technology are the key influencing factors.The case analysis method is used to investigate and analyze the risk of personal privacy leakage based on the open data platform of Guizhou Provincial Government.From the perspective of policies and regulations,management mechanism,platform technology and confidentiality review in the opening of government data,the factors affecting the risk of personal privacy leakage are explored.To this end,this paper proposes measures to strengthen the government data open platform technology,improve relevant laws and regulations,improve the classification and management mechanism of personal data classification,standardize confidentiality review,strengthen the supervision of the competent authority and regulate the use of the platform user main body.
