Research On The Reform Of Administrative Approval System In Nanhe County

The administrative examination and approval system is an important means for the country to streamline administration and delegate power,transform functions,manage social affairs and release economic vitality.It has played an important role in promoting China’s economic and social development.As an early stage of the reform of the administrative examination and approval system in Hebei province,nanhe county has made some achievements in innovative service methods,standardized approval process,and optimized government service.Therefore,this paper selects Nanhe County as the research object,and focuses on the reform of Nanhe County’s administrative examination and approval system.By reviewing the status quo of reform of the examination and approval system in Nanhe County,we find that the existing mechanism is not properly managed,the role of "Internet + government service" is inadequate,the coordination of examination and approval and supervision is insufficient,and the role of "intermediary supermarket" services is not fully utilized.The comprehensive quality of examination and approval personnel and the lack of high level of services and other issues.According to the actual situation of Nanhe County,according to the existing problems,according to the advanced experience of the reform of the examination and approval system in Wuhou District,Jiangsu Province,Tianjin Binhai New Area,and Qinghe County Development Zone of Xingtai City,the author proposes to advance the management of the examination and approval system according to law and continuously improve the administrative efficiency;We will improve the "Internet Plus" level and enhance the efficiency of mass work.Establishing an information connectivity mechanism to strengthen ex post facto supervision;We will speed up the development of standards for intermediary services and standardize the operation of intermediary services.To improve the quality of examination and approval service,enhance the people’s sense of acquisition and other countermeasures to further promote the reform of the administrative examination and approval system in Nanhe County,and then provide experience reference for the reform of the administrative examination and approval system in other counties and cities in China.
