Research On Community Political Ecology In The New Media Environment

Political ecology refers to an overall state formed by interaction and interconnection of political actors under a political system within a certain political environment.As the basic unit of the national political system,the community's political ecology directly reflects the masses'trust and recognition of the state's political power,the Party's and the country's ruling status and the mass base,and profoundly affects the development and improvement of the state's governance structure.The report of the 19^th CPC National Congress pointed out that“promoting the focus of social governance to the grassroots level”,just highlights the Party and the country's high concern for the community governance in the country's modernization drive.Based on the development of the new media technologies,the big date,digital technology and mobile Internet for instance,a new social and political environment characterized by the widespread popularity of new media technologies has been established,which has changed people's way of daily life and reshaped people's ideological values.However,the new media is a“double-edged sword”,which not only provides new opportunities for purifying the political ecology of the community,but also brings some new problems to the community political ecology.Therefore,it is necessary to adjust the path of purifying the political ecology of the community under the new media environment,thereby ensuring the good life of the residents,promoting the stability and harmony of the community,and promoting the orderly management of social governance.Based on the purpose of this research,the article first defines the concept and connotation of the new media environment,clarifies the differences between the new media environment and the traditional environment.Then,on the basis of clarifying the specific connotation of community political ecology,according to the specific case,explains the new opportunities of purifying the political ecology of the community in the new media environment from the three aspects like the“self-revolution”of community public power,empowerment of community residents and benign interaction of the community,as the same time,inducts the problems in the political ecology of the community under the new media environment from the perspectives of the contradiction between technological development and institutional rigidity,the weakening of community organization authority and the diversity trend of community residents'values.Finally,based on the research and judgment of specific cases,the article focuses on the ultimate goal as building a residential community,put forward the path of purifying community political ecology under the new media environment,such as proposes to optimize the community's new media resource allocation,create a community new media publicity workshop,build a big data community public opinion monitoring terminal and improve the evaluation system of community political ecology.In order to achieve new media technology and community system and mechanism,deepen the role of community ideology,standardize community public opinion management,and improve the quality of community governance.
