| With the development of science technology and the updating of criminal means,crime is still rampant,which has brought great influence on the stability of the society and the country The task for the public security,judicial and other national institutions to combat social crimes and to safeguard the country’s long-term stability is more and more importantAs an important place for national management,education and rehabilitation of prisoners,prison has played a key role and it is an important link in curbing crime.At present,there are more prisoners in prison,and the prison management mode still lags behind,which has brought a lot of inconvenience to the custodian.So some IOT companies propose smart prison technologies and solutions,using information technology to position,track and monitor the activities of the prisoners dynamicallyRFID radio frequency identification technology can identify specific targets and read relevant data by radio signal,without recognition system establishing mechanical or optical contact with target.Comparing with WIFI and GPS technology,RFID technology is more suitable for the current prison staff.Based on FRFID hardware with 125k and 433M frequency bands,this paper proposes a dynamic positioning management system for prison personnel with 4W(personnel,events,objects and location)elements as the core.The work of this paper is as follows1)analyze the disadvantages of traditional GPS technology,and clarify the application value and advantages of RFID technology in dynamic personnel positioning management system according to the particularity of prisons and judicial institutions.The research status of RFID technology at home and abroad is described2)introduce the composition,characteristics,RFID tracking and positioning technology and anti-collision technology of RFID system3)expound the research on key technologies of the system.Aiming at tag collision problem,a random delay anti-collision method based on ALOHA protocol is proposed.In order to realize the personnel positioning function,a personnel positioning method based on regional personnel dynamic positioning is designed.Some important early warning rules are designed,and the early warning and video linkage based on message processor are combined to realize the visualization of early warning,and the picture is more intuitive4)design a prison personnel positioning dynamic management system based on RFID technology.The system can realize real-time accurate positioning of the personnel in the prison area,and have the functions of statistics,personnel tracking,security warning and video linkage There are five main parts:tag,locator,reader,message middleware and front-end display system.The system has solved the problem of untimely and inaccurate positioning of large prisons,and has been applied in the police stations of province and city like Henan,Anhui,Shaoxing,Cixi etc. |
