At present,they are constantly changing including the existing prison management environment,the development environment,the social atmosphere,the prisoner structure and the construction of prison police force.The importance of prison management has become more and more obvious with the development of the country and society.In order to explore the current situation,existing problems and reasons of personnel organization management level in prison management system of our country,and try to find out the corresponding solutions,B prison is selected as the object of investigation for analysis.Through the prison overview,the sruvey for relevant information,issue questionnaires and other forms,the detailed information of prisoners in custody and relevant information of prison police are systematically understood;B prison human resources management system,that is,the dual personnel management system of prison enterprises with Chinese characteristics.Through investigation and analysis,there are many problems in personnel organization and management of prison B,such as unreasonable personnel distribution,unreasonable professional composition of prison police,insufficient source of funds for incentive and guarantee of civilian police,unreasonable use of talents,unreasonable organizational structure and inequality between government and enterprises.In view of the problems mentioned above in the personnel management system of B prison,the reasons for the problems are analyzed by means of data and literature search,including the unreasonable use of staff,the imperfect management system,the lack of personnel management theory and awareness,and the limited investment of government funds.Personnel management system of prison system B has been formed for a long time.Although there are more or less shortcomings at present,it is difficult to change the personnel management system fundamentally in terms of the current system.In terms of the characteristics and current situation of prison system,we should mainly establish and improve the dual management system of talent selection,income distribution system,staff incentive policy and prison enterprises.In order to create a more humane and effective management system,we should combine the rational use of talents,the maximum stimulation of staff enthusiasm and the dual management of supervision and enterprise.In general,the study suggests that it can effectively improve the overall management level of B prisonthrough effective personnel management(reasonable and effectiveimprovement of the management of police,workers and criminals),efficient organizational structure management(establishment of a new personnel management system in line with prison development)and the targeted solutions to existing management problems.
