Emergency Management Strategies Of Prison

To strengthen the scientific, specialization, standardization level of emergency management of prison research and constantly applied to the practice of prison management science, is the prison of emergency management, to ensure that the route one must take long period of stability of the prison.In this paper the emergency countermeasures of prison management as the starting point, combined with the current prison work characteristics and facing the international and domestic situation, contact the prison practice, creative ideas and methods will be related with the current emergency management work combined and applied to the prison, prison emergency management strategy in practice.This paper puts forward the following views:One is to clarify the concept positioning emergency management in prison. Collectively, the prison emergency management beforehand, during and after the whole process in which people participate in, the need to mobilize resources, which by what way, what measures etc..Two from the existing emergency management in domestic and abroad come to four inspiration and reference. The popularity of the experience, strengthen personnel emergency concept; improvement of the emergency legal system of emergency management; establish coordinated, collaborative emergency management system; construction of social linkage mechanism of emergency management in prison.The three is a summary from the empirical study of China’s prison emergencies in the improvement of emergency management countermeasures."Nip in the bud"; construct permanent decision mechanism; improve resource strategy.Finally, put forward eight suggestions to improve the emergency management countermeasures of China’s prison. To improve personnel emergency awareness; improve the organizational system; strengthen the emergency warning mechanism; implementation of information, sharing of resources; improve emergency supervision system; pay attention to evaluation and order restored.Of course, this paper puts forward some ideas and suggestions, in view of the current situation is a biased, countermeasures need to be further improved.
