Research On Country Civilization Construction In The Process Of New Urbanization

As an important part and soul of rural civilization construction,Country Civilization Construction is not only related to the improvement of the life environment and the life quality of the villagers,but also to the construction of harmonious and beautiful countryside,the happiness and the sense of security of the villagers' life.It is also an important way to realize the "revitalization of the countryside" and "construction of a beautiful new China".In recent years,with the construction of civilized cities and towns as the grasp of the hand,Ningbo City has made progress on the construction of rural civilization that the living environment in rural areas has gradually improved and people have further civilization awareness and extensive demand for a better life.But we must also realize that with the acceleration of the urbanization process,some deep contradictions in the rural society are also emerging which embodies that some villagers are lack of civilization quality and deficient of spiritual and cultural life so that the family neighborhood relations are of disharmony,and even some are of superstition and unrealistic comparison,and also the emergence of the phenomenon of "village tyrant" in the countryside and so on.These are problems that deviate from the demands of the civilization of the countryside.Meanwhile,on account that the countryside is facing the cultural dilemma in the period of rapid urbanization,these problems can not only impede the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,but also probably become a short board for the overall development of our economy and society,which will affect the realization of the great Chinese dream.Therefore,the Country Construction civilization should be taken as an important task in the process of new urbanization.To strengthen the construction of Country Civilization is not only to make the villagers live in a good house and well-off life and meet their material needs,but also to satisfy the people's demand from the spiritual and cultural level.Exampled by the country civilization consciousness of the villagers in Jiangbei District,Ningbo City,this paper puts forward the concrete way to strengthen the construction of the country civilization on the basis of the analysis of the reasons through obtaining the first-hand information from the field questionnaire survey and finding out the problems in the construction of country civilization in the Jiangbei District.Firstly,it combs the relevant research status and theories at home and abroad;Secondly,it expounds the concepts of "country civilization" and "new urbanization",the main contents of the construction of country civilization and the significance of strengthening the construction of country civilization;Thirdly,it demonstrates the progress and main problems of the construction of the current country civilization,and gives comprehensive analysis of the causes of the problems based on careful analysis of the actual situation of Jiangbei District.Finally,it puts forward the specific ways to strengthen the construction of country civilization in the new era and makes useful advice to strengthen the construction of country civilization mainly from the aspects of government attention,education guidance,cultural construction and the construction of civilized atmosphere,etc.
