Study On The Indexes System Of The Construction Of Our Country's Socialist Political Civilization

The construction of political civilization is the objective requirement of the development of Chinese society in new century. The construction of political civilization is a comprehensive system construction, which is rich in the connotation, combining having distinct characteristics of historicalness and nationality. In the light of historical materialism, this thesis, based on China's reality, reviews and assimilates the achievements already gained to set up the indexes system of the construction of socialist political civilization with Chinese characteristics. According to this, we can carry on theoretical exploration of Chinese political civilization and its construction.The author's purpose lies in not setting down the concrete ration for the construction of Chinese political civilization, but making a qualitative research on the construction of Chinese political civilization by formulating its indexes system. This thesis works out the holistic framework of indexes system of the construction of Chinese political civilization with the Party's leadership, people's democracy and ruling the country by law, to further to theoretically probe into the construction of Chinese political civilization on the basis of their thorough analysis, and finally demonstrates systematic nature of the construction of Chinese political civilization by analyzing their inherent relations.This thesis consists of five parts except foreword and conclusion: Part one concerns the concept of the indexes system of the construction of socialist political civilization, mainly explaining the political civilization and the concept of indexes system. Part two argues that it is prerequisites of the construction of socialist political civilization to strengthen and improve the leadership of Communist Party of China, which proves the leading role of the Party playing in the construction of political civilization of our country. Part three puts forward that democracy is a kernel of the construction of political civilization, which examines the construction of the socialist political civilization from the angle of China's democratic construction. Part four relates to the significance of ruling the country by laws to the construction of political civilization. Ruling the country by laws is the guarantee of the construction of political civilization. Part five holds the organic unity of the construction of socialist political civilization by making a concrete analysis of the inherent relations of the Party's leadership, people's democracy and ruling the country by laws.
