Civilization Construction In The Course Of Urbanization

The rapid development of urbanizing and the lagging of urban-rural dual-system have brought about the increasing prominent problem of transitional rural, which concludes the problem of rural appearance's planning which have been led to the illegal construction, the problem of rural community's management which have been led to the raising immigrant workers, and the problem of villager role's adjustment which have been led to the rapid urbanization and so on. These problems have grievous restricted the development of urbanization and the construction of city. Therefore resolving the problem of transitional-rural and promoting the development of transitional-rural have become necessity.The key of urbanization is the villager's civilization. Reforming transitional rural can not stay at the level of rural landscape and other matter's urban fusion, but should attach importance to the main body of urbanization——villager's civilization. So we must treasure and strengthen rural spiritual civilization construction, practice villager in correct outlook on life and value, improve villager's ideological and ethical standards and enrich villager's spare-time culture life, which can lay the foundations of the good human resources for reforming transitional rural. The thesis concrete content includes four parts.Part one: Introduction. The part mainly passes on the research significance, present situation and several main concepts needs to make clear in the research, also introduces the research basic thread, method, etc.Part two: The first chapter, which summarized the double characteristics in the respect of Li-Tuo's cultural life in the course of urbanization on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the data of survey. That is to say: the positive and negative influence which was brought to the villager's cultural life by urbanization.Part three is made of the second chapter and the third chapter. This part mainly approaches the necessity and reality of Li-Tuo's civilization construction in the course of urbanization. The second chapter discussed civilization construction's necessity by the way of revealing the typical problem in the progress of transformation. The third chapter expounded the reality of civilization construction.Part four is made of the firth and the fifth chapter, which put forward the experience of Li-Tuo village's civilization construction, then study the method of civilization construction in the course of urbanization. The forth chapter mainly introduced Li-Tuo's civilization construction's expirence from different angles: developing education of villager, increasing villagers' ideological and ethical standards, improving villagers' cultural life and devoting much attention to the training of students. The fifth chapter overall research on the method of civilization construction in the course of urbanization from four quarters that renewing the teaching system of transitional rural, establishing villager's correct ideal belief, raising villager's democratic and ideological and ethical conscious, changing the way of villager's production and life, doing a good job of administration to the workers from other areas. Is hope to take positive effect on reforming and developing transitional rural.
